  • The objective was to design a brand identity for Musica Alla Luce, a brand that promotes the intersection of music and faith that evokes reverence and warmth—anchored in elegance and spirituality.

Client Brief

  • Chose a harmonious type pairing—Sigurd for sophistication and Gelato Fresco for warmth and flourish—to reflect both the structure and emotion of sacred music.

  • Designed a radiant brand mark using musical notation and light rays to symbolize divine inspiration and clarity through faith.

  • Built a palette of rich purples, soft cream, and gold to evoke mystery, grace, and illumination.

Design Process

  • The color palette for was thoughtfully chosen to reflect the brand’s spiritual and artistic essence. A soft lavender serves as the primary tone, offering a sense of calm and reflection. This is complemented by a deep plum, which adds richness and depth,. A warm gold introduces a sense of light and divinity, echoing the brand’s name and message of enlightenment through faith. Finally, a creamy off-white brings balance and warmth, helping the palette feel inviting and timeless. Together, these colors create a harmonious visual identity that feels both graceful and uplifting.

  • The primary serif typeface, Sigurd, conveys a sense of refinement and structure, grounding the brand in tradition and sophistication. In contrast, Gelato Fresco—a flowing, script-style font—adds a personal, expressive touch that reflects the emotional and artistic nature of music. This pairing balances formality with warmth, allowing the brand to feel both elevated and inviting. Used together, the fonts visually echo the brand’s mission: where music meets the light of faith.

  • The primary logotype combines elegant serif and script typography to reflect both structure and lyrical expression. The brand mark is a symbolic fusion of a cross, a treble clef, and the letter “L,” forming a unique monogram that captures the essence of sacred music and spiritual inspiration. Encircled by radiant golden rays, the emblem represents divine light and transcendence, reinforcing the brand’s name—Alla Luce, meaning "to the light." Together, these logos convey reverence, creativity, and harmony.
